1. Delete Your Ensyra Account or Workspace Data
Ensyra is a B2B workspace. Most users are created and managed by their organization. To delete your Ensyra user account or workspace data, contact your workspace administrator or send a request to privacy@ensyra.ai.
Workspace administrators can remove users, delete connectors, wipe generated analyses, or request full workspace deletion where those controls are available in the platform.
2. Delete Connector Data
- Google Search Console: remove the connector in Ensyra and revoke Ensyra access from your Google account if needed. Ensyra will stop syncing Search Console data after access is removed.
- Meta Ads: remove or disable the Meta connector in Ensyra, revoke the Meta access token in Meta Business settings, and request deletion of any stored connector credentials through your workspace administrator or privacy@ensyra.ai.
- Commerce and campaign platforms: remove the relevant connector and revoke the credential in the source platform when available.
3. Meta Data Deletion Callback
For Meta app configuration, use this Data Deletion Callback URL:
https://platform.ensyra.ai/data-deletion-callback
Meta sends a POST request with a signed_request parameter. Ensyra verifies the request with the configured Meta app secret and responds with JSON containing a status URL and confirmation code:
{"url":"https://platform.ensyra.ai/user-data-deletion?code=CONFIRMATION_CODE","confirmation_code":"CONFIRMATION_CODE"}
Ensyra does not use Facebook Login for general user authentication and does not store app-scoped Facebook profile records for ordinary Ensyra users. If a valid Meta deletion request is received and no matching app-scoped user record exists, the request status is marked completed with no stored profile record found.
4. What We Delete
- Workspace user records when deletion is requested by an authorized administrator or where applicable law requires deletion.
- Connector credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, secrets, and connector metadata when a workspace administrator removes a connector or requests deletion.
- Generated analyses, segments, decisions, reports, and cached context where the product deletion controls or an approved deletion request apply.
- Any app-scoped Meta user record that Ensyra can identify from a valid Meta deletion callback.
5. What May Be Retained
Some data may remain where required for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, backup, or operational reasons. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
6. Timing and Confirmation
Automated Meta callback requests receive an immediate confirmation code and status URL. Manual deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after Ensyra verifies the requester's authority and the scope of the request.
